Paul MulderManaging Director
Mr Mulder has 20 years of successful resource executive management experience across operations, project development and commercial. Last 6 years as Group MD for GVK Hancock – leading a $15bn mine port and rail development. Advised and worked directly for Gina Rinehart for 5 years.
Frank TerranovaNon-Executive Director
Mr Terranova is Chartered Accountant with extensive global experience in corporate finance and risk management. Held senior executive roles in the mining, agricultural and manufacturing sectors. Former MD / CEO of Southern Cross Goldfields Ltd and MD/CEO of Allied Gold Mining PLC currently an Executive Director of AUSAg Resources.
Praveen MahtoExecutive Director - Power
Mr Mahto is a power expert with over 30 years of project development experience in various jurisdictions. Former head of development for Babcock & Brown, ERM Power and senior roles with Kaltimex Energy, Indonesia and Steel Authority of India (SAIL).
Tom CharltonHead of Exploration
Mr Charlton is a Geologist with over 20 years of mineral exploration experience. He has worked in PNG since 1997, working at the Department of Mines in Port Moresby (now the Mineral Resources Authority) and various private sector exploration projects across the country. He has also been involved with a number of IPOs and stock market floats for mineral exploration companies.

Mr Rees has over 15 years of project management and commercial advisory experience and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. He has worked in a variety of industries including mineral exploration, mining, property investment and construction from roles based in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Mr Hinner is a mining and mineral processing technical expert with over 30 years experience in the iron sands and titanium minerals industry. He has completed scoping and feasibility studies for various iron/mineral sands projects across the world including Asia, Africa and South America.
