Managing Director

Mr Mulder has 20 years of successful resource executive management experience across operations, project development and commercial. Last 6 years as Group MD for GVK Hancock – leading a $15bn mine port and rail development. Advised and worked directly for Gina Rinehart for 5 years.

 

Tom Charlton

Tom Charlton
Head of Exploration

Mr Charlton is a Geologist with over 20 years of mineral exploration experience. He has worked in PNG since 1997, working at the Department of Mines in Port Moresby (now the Mineral Resources Authority) and various private sector exploration projects across the country. He has also been involved with a number of IPOs and stock market floats for mineral exploration companies.

 

Peter Hinner

Peter Hinner
Head of Project Development

Mr Hinner is a mining and mineral processing technical expert with over 30 years experience in the iron sands and titanium minerals industry. He has completed scoping and feasibility studies for various iron/mineral sands projects across the world including Asia, Africa and South America.

 

David Irvine
David Irvine
Director

Mr Irvine is a logistics expert with nearly two decades of technical and commercial expertise in engineering, logistics and mining. He has worked throughout the world with clients including Caltex, Shell, Toyota, LG Electronics, Qantas, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Hancock Coal, GVK, Downer Mining, Newcrest and OneSteel.

 

Jonathan Rees

Jonathan Rees
Head of Business Development & Operations

Mr Rees has been part the Mayur team since its foundation. He has over 13 years of project management and commercial advisory experience and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. He has worked in a variety of industries including mineral exploration, mining, property investment and construction from roles based in Europe and Asia.

 

Darren Lockyer

Darren Lockyer

Mr Lockyer is a high profile retired sports star and former Australian Rugby League captain, PNG’s most popular sport. He has experience working with communities, businesses and government in various capacities.
